• Google User Data: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile information from your Google account. This data is used solely for authentication and account creation purposes.

• Match Data: Participation in matches, votes, and performance ratings

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our match management service
• Create and manage your account
• Calculate player ratings and team balancing
• Send notifications about matches and team activities
• Improve our services and user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Google User Data - Use and Sharing

How We Use Google User Data: Information obtained from Google Sign-In (name, email address, profile information) is used exclusively to create and maintain your Fairplay account, authenticate you when you sign in, and personalize your experience within our application.

Sharing Google User Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Google user data is only shared with:

• Supabase (Authentication Provider): Securely stores your authentication credentials and profile information
• Other Fairplay Users: Only your name and profile information are visible to other players in your teams (your Google email is never shared)

Data Protection: Google user data is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) during transmission and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data and data they are authorized to view.

6. Data Sharing with Other Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With other players in your teams (name, ratings, match history)
• With service providers who help us operate our application (Supabase, Resend for emails)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Export your data

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data, including Google user data, only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this privacy policy.

• Active Account Data: Your account information, including Google authentication data, remains stored while your account is active
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, your personal data, including Google user data, will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 2 years may be subject to deletion after notification
• Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements)

9. Age Restriction

Our service is intended for users aged 13 and older (COPPA compliance). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it promptly.
